Insurance Institute of Nepal
The Insurance Institute Nepal (IIS) as its name suggests a public company established to provide Insurance Training Programs, awareness, and knowledge to the general public, and insurance-related organizations. The company was established on 24th January 2019 under Nepal’s Company Act 2063 in a joint agreement and investment of the Insurance Regulatory Authority & Insurers of Nepal.
The IIN promotes objectives like the promotion of insurance services and awareness through programs, conferences, and much more. As it’s main feature is to equip and provide skills and training about insurance services to everyone in the field as well as insurers for the growth of the insurance industry and equipping manpower. IIN also conducts the Professional Examination of Insurance held with International collaboration.
IIN core values are Integrity, Professionalism, Innovation, and Empowerment.
The IIN currently exists of five members of board directors, one executive director, and five directors.
